When renting the system, you get a group-invitation from "FoxReports.lu". I recommend accepting the invitation, because announcements and software-updates will be posted to the group.

When you use the Web-Estate-System, you must give EriX Oh and a bot I name the full Estate-Manager rights. As Estate-Manager, I will not request any roll-back. If you need a roll-back on my name, you must contact me as Estate-Owner, either using the Technical Support-Link, or in Second-life, as personal IM or chat. If you want to remove your estate from the web, you should contact me or Charlene Trudeau to remove the estate from the web. If you remove the named bot from Estate-Management without notification, all estate related functionality will be disabled. You cannot IM the bot, as these IM's will be lost. IM EriX Oh instead.

The accounts "erix_oh" and "charlene_trudeau" cannot be removed. These are system-accounts for technical support. The owner will be setup as "fox-user". The owner cannot setup new "fox-users" but can request to upgrade an existing account to "fox-user".

You must not use my server as "Flickr"-Server with a public account. By doing that, the database will be deleted, and the rental will be terminated.

You should not upload pictures containing real-porn. Child-porn must be censored always.

Do not spam the server. Otherwise the IP or the username will be blocked.

If the server fails to respond please wait about 10 minutes. During a planned downtime, you can reach me (EriX Oh) in Second-life.

Uploading a virus leads to termination of the user, or whole database. It is also forbidden, to test-upload a virus, like the "EICAR-Test-String".

Pictures accepted from server are PNG and JPEG. Other formats will be quietly ignored and not shown in the reports. The internal picture-format is PNG, and JPEG-pictures will be converted to PNG by the server.

On too many failed login attempts, the system will temporary ban your IP-Address. This count for the entire server, not only the database attempting to login. The public page (and public support) remains accessible anyway.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my sole discretion.
I reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Wherever possible, 30 days notice will be given. In the event that 30 days notice is not possible, I will give as much notice as possible.
I reserve the rights to view, change or delete reports/comments/estates any time.
I reserve the rights to change the covenant any time.
There are no refunds when terminating the contract early.

Minimum rental time for new users is 4 weeks.

The system will send you a reminder E-Mail when the following conditions are met:
- your database must be E-Mail enabled
- you, as database owner, must have a valid E-Mail address provided (in My Settings) and also verified by the system
- the system starts 2 days before due, and stops 22 days after due (when the database is locked)

You should set up and verify your E-Mail address - otherwise the system won't send any reminder.

I cannot held responsible because of missing dues.

Automatic lock-outs:
The system contains automatic lock-outs, when in overdue:
The first seven days, nothing happens. Only the database-owner sees a message.
After the seven days, the estate-function will disable (if the owner has these functions)
After fourteen days, the system refuses to create new reports (already written reports can still be reviewed/deleted/modified)
After twenty-one days of over-due, the system rejects all logins, and displays a message, that the owner is in overdue to all users where the login is succeed.
(Some exceptions may exists to some users, at my sole discretion.)

Scripting:
The system supports scripting system. The examples and documentations provided are provided "as is" with no warranties. Do not overuse the scripting system, nor to "crack" passwords. It is permitted to use the DEMO-Database (http(s)://demo.foxreports.lu) as debugging database, including the estate functionalities. You should avoid using your estates or sims for debugging, as it causes additional stress to the bots. If you want to order an another programmer to do your scripts, create a separate account for them, with only the permissions required. Giving then your account-credentials is dangerous, and can lead to termination of the contract.
